One of the project’s core objectives was to create a comprehensive V2 of the digital web experience. Through an analysis process, it was determined that, although the site served as a robust tool for research and information for potential franchisees, the navigation experience was tedious for both experienced users and those less familiar with the site.

The development focused on optimizing the site’s architecture, improving the browsing experience, and simplifying the user journey. At the same time, a basic on-page SEO strategy was implemented to strengthen organic indexing, optimize key content, improve the information hierarchy, and enhance the site’s technical performance for search engines.

The result was a more intuitive, clear, and efficient platform, designed to improve brand perception, facilitate information retrieval, and strengthen its digital presence from both a strategic and functional perspective.
